Agave syrup is a natural sugar obtained by concentrating the sap from the heart of the agave, a type of cactus native to Mexico.

Its high sweetness and its neutral taste agave syrup are a balanced alternative to sugar, without altering the flavor of your dishes.

Priméal more particulièremnet selected the variety "Blue Weber agave", the only one to benefit from an AOC and renowned for its high fructose content.
